RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your Tuffset bridge. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.
1. 14-Day No-Quibble Returns
You may return your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. To start a return, contact us at dan@tuffsetbridge.com with your order number.
2. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error — the wrong item, a defective product, or damage that occurred before delivery — we cover return shipping costs.
- If the return is because you've changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the product only.
4. Tariffs and Taxes
Import duties, tariffs, taxes, and any other governmental charges paid at the time of purchase or on import are non-refundable in all circumstances, including where the product itself is refunded.
5. Condition of Returned Items
Items should be returned in the condition you received them, with all original parts and packaging where possible, to help us process your refund quickly.
6. Faulty or Damaged Products After 14 Days
If a fault develops after the 14-day return window, please contact us — we handle these on a case-by-case basis and will always aim to make it right.
