SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched as promptly as possible. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are projections only and are not guaranteed.

2. International Orders

We ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other governmental charges are not included in the product price and are the buyer's sole responsibility. Orders cannot be marked as a "gift" or under-declared on customs paperwork — the actual price paid is always declared.

3. Delays

Tuffset is not liable for delivery delays, including those caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or events outside our control. We will provide updates where possible but do not guarantee discounts, refunds, or credits for delayed shipments outside of our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at contact@tuffset.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

5. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to inaccurate address information provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
